Rod and Reel Pier Restaurant

Along the famous Rod and Reel Pier, you’ll find their namesake restaurant, serving up traditional fare made with the freshest seafood. Come for any meal and experience what locals have been loving since 1947! The breakfast menu includes classics like homemade buttermilk pancakes and the famous seafood omelet, or you can enjoy lunch or dinner selections like the Mexican grouper, fried clam strip dinner, or fish and chips. There’s also a large kids’ menu for those under 12, and be sure to grab a slice of key lime pie for dessert!

Rod and Reel Pier Restaurant is located at 875 North Shore Drive. They are open daily from 8 a.m. until 9 p.m.

The Sandbar

The Sandbar provides the perfect taste of Old Florida with environmentally friendly ingredients lending themselves to a unique menu. Sample fresh seafood in a welcoming environment that provides the perfect combination of comfort and Indulgence. Start your dinner with The Sandbar smoked fish dip or Mexican street corn, move on to specialties like the chicken and waffles or islander scallops, or truly indulge with the stuffed half Maine lobster or vegan burger.

The Waterfront

The Waterfront Restaurant provides Anna Maria Island’s premier waterfront dining experience, featuring seasonal ingredients in a romantic setting full of history and charm. Enjoy the view of the bay as you sample dinner selections such as Bimini Bay lobster bisque, ruby red trout amandine, or the apricot glazed pork tenderloin. Their daily menu makes the most of fresh, local ingredients, and with a wide wine and beer selection, you’re sure to find the perfect libation to complement your meal.

The Waterfront is located at 111 South Bay Boulevard. They are open Sunday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. until 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11:30 a.m. until 10 p.m.

Duffy’s Tavern

For a casual meal, Duffy’s Tavern is the perfect spot. Come see why the locals love this family-owned and operated eatery, known for their “world-famous burger and coldest beer in town!” This is the perfect spot for a quick lunch in the middle of your day at the beach, as attire is casual and you can come right in your bathing suit. Come explore menu offerings like the classic hamburger, BBQ pulled pork sandwich, or homemade chili, and pair it with an ice-cold draft or bottled beer or soda. Everything on the menu is made with care and comes at an affordable price point, perfect to treat the whole family!

Duffy’s Tavern is located at 5808 Marina Drive. They’re open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m. and Sunday from noon until 8 p.m. They are closed on Tuesdays.

Old Hamburg Schnitzelhaus

If you’re looking for a bit of exotic cuisine on your vacation, be sure to stop by Old Hamburg Schnitzelhaus for an authentic German meal. Made with the most authentic Bavarian and Austrian recipes, the dishes at this eatery have drawn locals and tourists alike since it opened in March 2015.

Blue Marlin

Step back in time at Blue Marlin, a delectable dining experience in the middle of a vibrant blue cottage from the 1920s. Since November 2011, Blue Marlin has been offering up fresh catches combined with local ingredients to provide you with the ultimate dining experience. Come sample Cortez cracker shrimp or steamed clams to start, then enjoy sandwiches like the lobster grilled cheese or entrees like chicken and rice or blackened fish alfredo. Finish off with a bourbon pecan pie or tropical bread pudding, and sample one of these specialty cocktails to satisfy your sweet tooth. You can even enjoy live music on the weekends!
