TreeUmph Adventure Course

Take to the trees at TreeUmph Adventure Course, just a short 45 minute drive into the mainland. This gorgeous 14-acre adventure park spans over 10 football fields in size and provides incredible scenery of the tropical lush landscaping of East Bradenton.

This self-guided adventure tour allows you to climb amongst the trees and challenge yourself with numerous obstacles, go at your own pace and your own desired distance. Whether you want to climb all the way to the top or stay at a lower elevation—one thing is for sure, you will have a blast! Finish off the day with a 650 foot long ZIP line through the trees—what an amazing reward after your accomplished day!

What to Expect:
There is something for everyone to enjoy and the course is easily maneuvered based on challenge level. Littles ones as young as age 7 are able to test their skills and enjoy the course at the Children’s Adventure course and the Junior courses! Challenge yourself with obstacles such as the twisting footbridges, hanging barrels, leap of faith, multiple ZIP lines and so much more as you climb higher and higher amongst the trees! All together there are 76 obstacles at TreeUmph that are based on age and height as well as chaperon requirements. Ticket purchases are based on your qualifications and it is recommended to make a reservation prior to your visit as walk-ins are accepted based on the availability.

When you arrive for your day full of adventure, the greeter will meet with you in order to complete all of the requirements, including the signing of waivers and the purchase of the right ticket for the best course for you. Before you hit the trees—a trained guide will fit you with a safety harness and provide you with the mandatory instructional video. The practice courses is a great way to practice what you have learned in the video and to learn what your limitations are!

Getting There:
If you are traveling by car or have rented a car for the duration of your stay than you simply use the Manatee Avenue bridge to get to the mainland via FL-64 E. Continue to stay on FL-64 E to merge on to I-75 S ramp to Naples. Continue on I-75 S and take exit 217 toward Acardia. Make a left off of the exit and you will see the TreeUmph Adventure Course on your left within 9 miles. You can also hire a taxi or shuttle service such as Paradise Car Service, Island Sedan or AMI Transportation.

What to bring:
It is important to come equipped with comfortable shoes and clothing for moving around. Based on the Adventure Course you can spend up to 3-4 hours conquering the obstacles so make sure to bring a hat or visor with you, especially during the warm summer months. Don’t forget the sunscreen and to stay well hydrated!
