Absolutely loved the location of the rental! Right on the canal and an easy walk to the beach, stores, and restaurants! The pool was great as well!

The location of the house was perfect for all the activities from beach time to shopping on Pine Street to restaurants in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the beaches during the day and in the pool in the evening. The option to dine inside or outside was also welcomed. Would stay here again!

Overall, a wonderful place to stay and the location was excellent. We’ve stayed on Anna Maria before and will definitely visit again. This home was the ideal location on the canal and walkable to the beaches east, west, and north. We rented a golf cart which does certainly help with young kids but isn’t necessary if you’re planning walk to the many shops, restaurants, and beaches.
The house was clean and had everything needed to feel at home while on vacation. The pool was perfect for both adults and kids to enjoy. The dock was perfect for fishing, spotting wildlife (we saw a manatee and dolphins chasing mullet around sunrise), and relaxing with a cup of coffee or drinks.
The major downside, reason for 4 stars instead of 5, was the “spa” connected to the pool is NOT a hot tub. It’s the same heating system as the pool, so it’s not enjoyable. I honestly would not have booked this house if it was more clear, and would have booked another property with a heated spa/hot tub.

We’d just like to clarify for future guests that this home is not advertised as having a hot tub or spa amenity, and the controls are not guest accessible. The connected section is heated through the same system as the pool, so it will maintain a similar temperature. We loved our stay at this beautiful, very well-located property. The house has had updates and looks a bit different than the photos on the website, but the upgrades make the place look and feel even better. We were so very happy with the location. We could walk the many of the places we enjoy on Pine Avenue, the beach, and beyond. The pool and hot tub were clean, heated, and fun to use. We didn't use them, but there were amenities guests can use when they go to the beach. Unlike many other properties in which we've stayed, the TV was very easy to use. The property is located on a quiet street, right on the canal (we even saw a dolphin right next to the dock!), and steps away from Pine Avenue. Did I say we couldn't have been happier with the location?!
The only minor irritation was the lockbox and keyed entry to get in. It was pretty tricky to get the door locked and unlocked.
Other than that we would stay at this property again without hesitation or question. We loved our stay!

The location was absolutely amazing! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that we couldn’t use the hot tub heater on the first day since it was locked. Maintenance wasn’t able to come by to unlock it until Saturday afternoon. Other than that, everything was wonderful!

My wife and I had a very relaxing wonderful vacation at the house. The pool was great and the house was very clean. We launched our boat about 2 1/2 miles away at Holmes Beach boat ramp. Easy to find the house by water and kept the boat docked behind the house. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We slept very good. We will definitely rent this house again next year. Rented a golf cart from fun and more rentals for the week. Make sure to look for a $100 discount coupon. The golf cart was only about $340 with the coupon.

We had such a wonderful stay at this home on Anna Maria Island! The property was even better in person than in the photos—the updates throughout the house made it feel modern, comfortable, and very welcoming. Everything was spotless when we arrived, which made settling in so easy. One of our favorite parts was the backyard; the view of the canal was beautiful and created such a peaceful atmosphere for morning coffee or evening downtime. The only minor drawback was that we didn’t have direct access to the pool and spa controls, but that was a small detail compared to how much we enjoyed the rest of the home. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay, and we would gladly book again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed the island and all the peaceful location of the house. My family of four with two kids 9 and 5 stayed for week. Everything was very clean and exactly how the listing described. We rented a golf cart and kayaks both of which were perfect for this location. There were a few pool toys which my kids enjoyed and the pool was very nice. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely go back.

You can’t have a better location. Our family and kids played in the pool and watched manatees go by the channel, and fished. The house is comfortable with many places to sit and relax. The location is a quick walk to the pier, and all of the restaurants and coffee shops on Pine. I’ve stayed on Anna Maria a dozen+ times. This was the best location by far.

Spent the week here with friends and family and enjoyed the place thoroughly. Excellent location near Pine street and the beach. House was well stocked with equipment and supplies and everything was well maintained. The pool and hot tub were also great and got a lot of use from our crowd. We travel to AMI about once a year and we will definitely try to rent here again.

Roomy and everything you could want in a rental on Anna Maria., Including a pool and large outdoor living space. I hope to be able to come back and stay at this location in the future. We rented bikes for three 18 year-old teenagers and they loved being able to explore the island on their own.

We had a great stay here. The house is a no frills beach cottage but all you need on this beautiful island. The outdoor areas are awesome. We never even turned on the tv once. We hope to stay again, all the way from NC!

My husband, my 20 year old son and my 17 year old daughter visited the week after Christmas. The house is a little older, but it is in a perfect location and it was perfect for us. It is located a block or two from Pine Street which is full of shops and restaurants. The ocean and pier are a couple blocks away. The house has a lot of room and seating in the living room and there is a screened in porch, pool and decks. My son enjoyed fishing in the canal. Anyway, it was a wonderful vacation except the weather was cold for Florida. I would definitely recommend. Perfect location.

This home is in a perfect location on north Anna Maria. It’s within walking to our favorites…The Donut Experiment, Taqueria, and Two Scoops. Tons of little boutiques and locations to rent bikes, golf carts, paddle boards and kayaks. The closest beach is on the Tampa Bay and there are several areas to set up under shade trees on the beach. The beach on the gulf side is a little further walk, but it’s still inside of maybe 3/4 of a mile. The house itself was perfect for our needs. We wanted water and sun and this home provided plenty of that all day long. We didn’t encounter any mosquitos, so we didn’t really utilize the screened in porch, but it was great having more than one outdoor dining area with the kids. There is a sound system in the main living area that is set up to speakers on the main back porch area so you can have music playing while in the pool area. Plenty of parking in front of the home.

Really enjoyed our week! Location of this property is PERFECT! Loved having easy access to two beaches. It’s About a 10 min walk to the beach on the gulf side of the island and a 5 min walk to the bay side. Best of both worlds! Also very close to several restaurants, donut shop, ice cream shop, and bait shop. Loved having a private pool and so much outdoor space for lounging, reading, eating and playing cards with the family. My guys caught several fish from the private dock on the canal. The house has plenty of room and seating inside. It was clean, beds were comfortable. Layout was perfect for us. Two kids rooms and bathroom on one side of house and master bedroom with en suite on other side. Would definitely recommend Anna Maria Island and this property!

We loved staying at this property. The house was beautiful with lots of space for us all to spread out. The living room had a view of the pool and of the canal. We loved having the ability to relax inside while the children played in the pool. They loved being able to come and go in the pool as they pleased. Another favorite was fishing off the dock. they even got to see a manatee one evening. The walk to the beach on both sides of the islands was not bad, less than 10 minutes. We did rent bikes, which made going to the beach for sunset and local stores to shop very easy. The whole area is so quaint with many nice places to eat and wonderful shops. We also love going to the Rod and Reel for breakfast and fishing off their dock! But our favorite part of the trip was having our own pool and dock available to us. With a beautiful view of the canal and bay! Would definitely stay here again!

This property was great for our family. There was plenty of space for everyone inside and out. The views were great and the location was very close to everything Pine Ave and surrounding areas have to offer. We would definitely stay here again.
