The History
Back in 2002, restaurants didn’t focus as much on being eco-conscious. Jason Suzor, however, was out to change all that when he opened The Waterfront. After working in chain restaurants for years, he realized that there was more the food industry could do to source sustainable ingredients and care more about our planet. He also loves people, and The Waterfront has become the perfect grounds for socialization. The Menu
You’ll find fresh new takes on favorite dishes, as well as daily specials, on the dinner menu at The Waterfront. Start with the Bimini Bay lobster bisque or tuna sashimi, then move on to chicken parmesan, grouper cakes, or shrimp and grits for your main course. Sides like maple glazed bacon fried brussels or wild mushroom risotto perfectly complement every dish, and you can choose from their extensive drink menu to find the best pairing. There’s also a separate kid’s menu with favorites like grilled cheese and fish and chips.

Open Hours
The Waterfront is open Sunday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. until 9 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 11:30 a.m. until 10 p.m. Reservations can be made on their website.
