Very nice and spacious house. Great location with a short walk to the beach and close to trolley stop. Very clean and updated with new furnishings. Would definitely recommend. Garage was well stocked with pool and beach supplies. Bikes were also a nice addition. Not having a bathroom on the lower/entry level when using the pool was a little inconvenient, but certainly was not a deal breaker. The only other thing that we really missed were lounge chairs around the pool — there were only regular chairs around the dining tables, which were not as comfortable when you wanted to relax around the pool. We had to call on the first day to have the propane tank replaced for the outside grill, but it was replaced as soon as they could get someone to the house. Ice maker was not working but we bought a bag of ice. I did leave behind, unfortunately, something that was very important and of great sentimental value to me, and as far as I know housekeeping has not yet found it. If any other renter or the owner should come across a small silver case (approx 2″ x 3″) containing rosary beads, I would be so appreciative if they would contact Anna Maria Vacations and ask them if they could contact me. It probably would have been found in the master bedroom or bathroom on the main level. All in all, we loved the house, would definitely consider renting it again, and would recommend to others.
