Our party vacation on AMI every year and we have stayed at several rentals within the area. This rental was a little tired, it didn’t really resemble the video that was on the rental site, the seating in the living room is very worn, the pool area on arrival was covered in vegetation debris and we had to clean it before we could enjoy the outside area, it also had a plethora of beach apparel that was broken strewn on the loan at the side of the house that does not make for good first impressions, our entire stay the TV in the master bedroom had no signal (we emailed the rental company but they failed to respond) and we also had to get a new pool filter fitted during our stay as the noise from the one located outside the second queen bedroom window could have woken the dead!
There were five in our party and the home was a good size, we all had plenty of room and the master suite is very large with a great bathroom, although again this a little tired and the shower curtain was very grotty on arrival but this was changed by the cleaner who arrived shortly after we did.
I would suggest that it needs freshing up as the location is perfect for AMI, the garden was a mess with debris both vegetation and beach products, it also needs a really good deep clean in the corners of the rooms!
