Harbor Breeze was the perfect home – almost. We fell in love with the house itself – it had everything we needed for our family of 8 adults. A beautiful kitchen to cook in; gorgeous view; stunning bedrooms and bathrooms and so nice and close to the beach.
The only drawback was the pool heat – it was too cold to swim in and despite repeated requests to have the pool heat turned up (we will willing to pay for it), it was never done for us. I understand the need for a locked control box for the heat, but since we volunteered to pay for additional heat, I don’t understand why it couldn’t have been done. This left a negative feeling and I am reluctant to recommend the house, unless you are visiting in summer months when the pool would probably be warm without heating.
We do not show record of any reported pool issues during your stay. Please note that our Service Department is able to assist you with any pool heat/service issues and is available 7 days a week and we do our best to accommodate your needs to ensure that you have an enjoyable stay. All of our pool heat is automatically turned on from November 1st through May 1st for no additional charge to you. Should you have any issues with the pool or any other equipment during your stay, please let us know so that we can assist you in a timely manner.
