The home is beautiful, clean and set up well to accommodate x two families (x 2 rooms for couples on main floor and x 2 rooms for kids upstairs.) Open floor plan on main level is wonderful. The back yard/patio is fantastic! Perfect to play yard games, catch, sunbathe, bbq, watch a game in the outdoor seating area, etc. Only negative really is that the pool is not kid friendly. There are lots of square corners, the built in/non-removable table/sitting area and sunbathing are with chairs made for very little actual usable playing and swimming space for kids. The ability to use and enjoy the pool as a family results in the rating of this home as a 4. Pool is small in terms of actual area to play/float/swim, in my opinion it is not right size for this large house/# of people who can occupy, and not kid friendly based on my previous comments. Other positives: proximity to the beach (short walk) and Pine Avenue. Location is perfect if you enjoy all things w/in walking distance on the north end.
