This will be our third time visiting AMI and third time booking with AMI vacations. As always the booking process is quick simple and they have a very well laid out website. So the property Caribbean Reef, a great property very well decorated. We had a few issues, the ones which could be fixed, were and quickly. When we arrived there was a problem with the AC, but that was fixed within s couple of hours. However the AC unit is very old and very loud. Which does disturb your sleep. The pool filter also so loud that you’re not able to sit by the pool with it on because of this. But we just turned it off when we were out there. However the maintenance guy said that it needed a new motor and they property owners had been made aware of that. The beds also extremely comfy, but very creaky! The kitchen was great modern appliances all working bathroom also good no issues there.
In summery this was a nice property. Just needs a little tlc. While we enjoyed our stay we probably wouldn’t rebook Caribbean reef. But would certainly book with AMI vacations again…. We love it here!
