Each call to Guest Services was answered promptly, pleasantly, and always resulted in efficient solutions. Also, Ann called back to confirm our problem was solved. I appreciate that kind of service! Tropical Oasis is a well-designed house with comfortable furnishings, and a super kitchen to cook in. The elevator is a huge plus for getting luggage & supplies to upper floors, along with great-grandma. My family loved this house, enjoyed every minute spent at the beach, pool, and fixing meals together. They want to return!
