This property is conveniently located one block from the beach. The overall decor was pleasant and having a private pool was a major highlight for us. The kitchen hasn’t been updated but it was fully functional. The layout of the living room space is small and uninviting, however the dining areas both inside and outside the house were good areas to congregate. As another reviewer noted, the air conditioning unit is awkwardly located by the door to the house and pool so you will hear it hum a bit. The location and the small pool were key. This section of the beach isn’t super crowded which was wonderful.
