The property was exactly as described. House is big enough for a large group. The pool was perfect…shallow easy access area for little ones, slowly deepening for older kids/adults. Easy walk to the bay, longer walk to the gulf, but very doable. The bikes were used and appreciated, as were the beach supplies. However, the wagons were both in disrepair but it was not a big thing. We had tons of beach towels which was great. The upper deck off the kitchen could use a good cleaning, but again, not a big thing. We’d go back in a heartbeat. Great place to stay. We only had to contact management about the gas grill needing gas, and the response was timely.
