Excellent property with exceptional amenities! We loved the location of Tiki Beach as well as the pristine condition of the property. This is a newer house and has not been as worn out as some of the other places we’ve stayed at on the island. When we rent these houses, we treat them like our own house… one morning we did a big clean up and even wiped marks off the walls/baseboards other users had made. It’s such a beautiful home and we hope it will be in the same condition next year and hopefully years to come.
Location to the beach is ideal and it’s a nice walk (just under a mile) to Pine Street, although some may find using the free trolley a better option. We love to walk and found Tiki Beach’s central location ideal. Beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, and two bikes were excellent bonuses. We used all of them and it made the week more enjoyable.
Suggestions:
*more hangers/hooks for towels etc. in the bedrooms and bathrooms
*an extra blanket in each bedroom
*missing fan remote in one upstairs bedroom
All in all… Tiki Beach is amazing.
