Location location location. Beach a minute away , no roads to cross. Great entertaining area with upper deck dining area linking to the kitchen/dining area. Fully equipped, we found everything we looked for. Free trolley bus stop very close. Beds super comfy. House never felt overcrowded even when fully occupied. a great house.
