This property needs a bit of organization and brushed up with decorations. Things are random and somewhat out of place. Tad bit of a scary statue that sits between the kitchen and dining area. Fantastic location right off the beating path. Not too much traffic through the week, but a local beach and packed on the weekends. I’m super happy with the layout. Great sunrise and sunset views every day. The master bedroom had a bunch of random junk crammed in the closet, making it a bit difficult to put your things away. We chose to live out of our suitcases because we didn’t know what to do with all of it. Washer and dryer is inconvenient, but still nice having them. Base level needs a bit of cleaning and organization also. Everything for the beach was either caked in dirt or burried under a lot of old beach junk. I’d give it a 5 if someone would just organize and clear it out a bit. I’d be happy to do it for you if you refund my cleaning and damage fees. 🙂
