Nice place

This was a well appointed home. There was enough space us 4 adults and 3 kids. Bathrooms were large and water in shower was hot with good water pressure. Kitchen is nice. The location is a in a quiet neighborhood, walkable to bean point and pine street. It does take 15-20 minutes to drive to the public life guarded beaches. The landscaping around the pool is great. The pool itself was beautiful, but doesn’t get much sun, at least in October and was a bit chilly. The sitting area underneath the house was a great space to hang out in. Labeled light switches would be nice, and we had some problems with outlets not working consistently. Also, I never understand why rental homes have white sofas. Also the door to the house sticks and needs to be fixed. Overall this was a good rental home for us and I would recommend it.
