Excellent location! This was a very nice condo with plenty of room. We loved the open balcony, bedrooms, location of washer/dryer, and the big kitchen with all the counter space. We could walk to places to eat and shop, park under the condo, and walk out to the beautiful beach! We had the best weather, clear water, no Red Tide, no hurricane, and had so much fun on the beach and in the gulf right in front of the condo. We had 5 sisters on our annual trip to FL and first time in this condo. We love Anna Maria Island! We loved this condo, but a few things need attention. The condo floors need a really good cleaning as we slipped on them and had black feet. Think the fabric couch and recliners needed cleaning too. The small lock box at the door you had to roll the dials to the numbers was so hard to see in order to get the key. The see through glass door to condo could use a curtain and the door to the stairwell is very hard to open. We look forward to another trip to Anna Maria Island next October and will contact AMV!
